We focus on providing the highest quality pieces for our clientele. Our location in the Merle Hay neighborhood of Des Moines, IA, offers a wide variety of services including design, custom upholstery, refinishing, repair, restoration, modification, and custom builds. We make our custom Repinned line pieces with an emphasis on quality and longevity. We are creating today’s functional art and tomorrow’s heirlooms. We utilize designer fabrics and leathers from around the world. Our knowledge of these fabrics and their uses are shared with you, our clients. All fabrics have been tested using a Wyzenbek or double rub testing method for verified durability and appropriate use.

Our standard seating is premium spring down seating, engineered for comfort and specified for each individual item and style. A constructed inside core made-up of tiny individual covered coils surrounded by ultra cell foam. This core is surrounded by a thick layer of Down and Feather blend encased in a channeled “down proof” sewn cover. This provides a high crown and luxurious yet supportive seating system.

Our Standard Back Cushions and Accent Pillows are constructed of a mixture of fiber, goose down and feathers encased in a channeled “down proof” sewn cover. Backs are not over filled to ensure a sumptuous and luxurious support. As with any down product – cushions will require occasional maintenance/ fluffy by hand.

Hypoallergenic cushioning available for replacement of seating, backs and accent pillows for an upcharge.

Frames are made from kiln dried Hardwood with joints double doweled and corner blocked for maximum strength.

Suspension systems (Seating Platforms) are engineered to have the appropriate amount of vertical travel and controlled by deep seating coils that are hand tied in a traditional eight-way method. This provides longevity and stability to the final product. This is the gold standard in the upholstery industry.
